I work at Glacé, a joint I describe in my head as ‘vanilla bean’, where middle class white people pay top dolla$ to be served cold congealed sugar by their fellow middle class white people. I think we’re still doling out G&T sorbet! I can give you free ice cream if you come visit me on Sundays. It’s all thickened with animal products though, gross, but I’ve tasted a bunch anyway and it’s pretty yum. Depends on where your food ethix lie on the scale of vegan to freegan (…or omnivore, that’s a thing too). It’s really boring working there. I foolishly forgot again to make myself a stay-sane CD for working tomorrow, all that easy listening is easy-pissing me off.
